1. Research Use Only
All products offered by Premier Quality Research Solutions (PQRS) are sold for laboratory and research purposes only.
Products are not intended for human consumption, medical use, veterinary use, diagnosis, treatment, prevention, or mitigation of disease.
By purchasing from PQRS, the purchaser is responsible for determining whether possession, purchase, handling, storage, transfer, and use of the applicable research material are lawful in the purchaser’s jurisdiction and appropriate for the intended research purpose.
Purchasers must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, institutional requirements, and laboratory safety procedures relating to the handling and use of research materials.
2. Product Specifications and Purity Guarantee
PQRS provides product-specific specifications and available analytical documentation for applicable research materials.
Core research peptides and compounds specifically represented by PQRS as meeting the 99% purity standard are subject to the PQRS Purity Guarantee.
Certain complex molecular sequences or other products may be offered with a disclosed purity specification below 99%, including products identified in the catalog as having a 95%–98% purity range. For those products, the specification disclosed for the individual product applies.
Independent Quality Claims
If independent third-party laboratory testing appears inconsistent with the applicable published product specification, the purchaser may submit a quality claim to PQRS for review.
Claims should include:
- The applicable PQRS order number
- The product name and available batch or lot information
- A complete report from an independent third-party laboratory using an appropriate analytical method, such as HPLC and/or mass spectrometry
PQRS may compare submitted results with available manufacturer, supplier, batch, or retained analytical records.
If PQRS verifies that a product does not meet the applicable published specification, available remedies are governed by the PQRS Refund & Replacement Policy, including replacement of the affected product or refund of the applicable purchase price.
3. Research Results and Limitation of Responsibility
PQRS does not guarantee any particular research outcome, experimental result, analytical result, or performance characteristic beyond an applicable product specification expressly stated by PQRS.
Research results may be affected by numerous factors outside the control of PQRS, including:
- Storage conditions
- Handling procedures
- Sample preparation
- Analytical methodology
- Laboratory equipment
- Environmental conditions
- Research protocol
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PQRS is not responsible for losses arising from improper storage, handling, preparation, unauthorized use, misuse, or use inconsistent with applicable product information.
Any limitation of liability or available remedy is subject to applicable law and does not limit rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
4. Shipping and Fulfillment
PQRS fulfills orders from its Texas facility and currently ships to eligible destinations within the United States and Puerto Rico.
Customer Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at the time an order is placed.
PQRS is not responsible for delivery issues caused by inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by the customer, except where otherwise required by applicable law or carrier policy.
Carrier Delays
Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Shipping times may be affected by carrier delays, weather, service interruptions, transportation conditions, security events, or other circumstances outside the reasonable control of PQRS.
Damaged Shipments
Products that arrive damaged or visibly compromised should be reported in accordance with the PQRS Refund & Replacement Policy, including any applicable documentation and reporting deadlines.
5. Right to Refuse or Cancel Orders
PQRS reserves the right to refuse, cancel, limit, or review an order where reasonably necessary for legal, regulatory, fraud-prevention, security, inventory, payment, shipping, or policy-compliance reasons.
PQRS may also refuse or cancel an order if information available to us reasonably indicates that a product is being purchased or requested for a purpose inconsistent with its stated research-only designation.
Where an order is canceled before fulfillment, any applicable refund will be handled according to the payment method used and the applicable PQRS order policies.
6. Compliance With Applicable Law
Nothing in these terms is intended to waive, exclude, or restrict any right, remedy, warranty, obligation, or liability that cannot lawfully be waived, excluded, or restricted under applicable law.
If any provision of these terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
