Accounts & Access
Registration, email verification, login assistance, and account access.

Your account also provides access to order history and other account-related information.
How do I create a PQRS account?
Visit the PQRS registration or My Account page and complete the requested information.
Follow any email-verification instructions sent to the email address associated with your account.
Why do I need to verify my email address?
Email verification helps confirm account ownership and protects access to account and ordering features.
If the verification message does not arrive, check your spam or junk folder and confirm that your registration email address is correct.
What should I do if I cannot log in?
Confirm that you are using the email address associated with your PQRS account and that your password has been entered correctly.
If needed, use the password-reset option on the My Account page . Contact PQRS if you still cannot access your account.
How do I reset my password?
Visit the My Account page and use the lost-password option.
Follow the instructions sent to your account email. Check your spam or junk folder if the message does not appear within a few minutes.

Once an order has entered fulfillment or shipped, modification or cancellation may no longer be possible.

Payments
Crypto Pay, Card Pay, and Digital Wallet Pay (Venmo, PayPal, Cash App, Zelle, or Krak). Card Pay does not require your own crypto wallet.
What payment methods does PQRS accept?
PQRS checkout offers three payment options: Crypto Pay, Card Pay, and Digital Wallet Pay (Venmo, PayPal, Cash App, Zelle, or Krak). The checkout page explains each option so you can choose the one that suits you.
Do I need cryptocurrency knowledge or my own crypto wallet?
No. With Card Pay, you pay with a credit or debit card, and a payment provider purchases the cryptocurrency required for your order and sends it to PQRS for you. Digital Wallet Pay lets you pay with Venmo, PayPal, Cash App, Zelle, or Krak. You only need your own crypto wallet if you choose Crypto Pay.
Provider fees, limits, holds, availability requirements, and identity-verification procedures may apply.
How does Crypto Pay work?
Select Crypto Pay, choose a supported cryptocurrency and network, and place your order.
PQRS will display the exact payment amount, receiving address, QR code, required network, and payment quote. Send the requested amount, then paste the transaction ID from your wallet into the verification box so we can confirm it. On Solana, the transaction ID is called the transaction signature.
Which cryptocurrencies and networks are supported?
Crypto Pay currently offers USDT, USDC, PYUSD, and USDG on several networks, plus Bitcoin, Ethereum, and POL. The choices are grouped by network in the selector at checkout.
Always use the exact cryptocurrency and network shown during checkout. Funds sent through an incorrect or unsupported network may be permanently unrecoverable.
How long is my Crypto Pay quote valid?
The quoted payment amount is generally locked for 15 minutes. Send the payment and submit the transaction ID before the quote expires.
Blockchain confirmation itself may finish after the quote timer has ended.
What if my crypto transaction is still confirming?
Your order may remain On Hold while the blockchain confirms and verifies the submitted transaction.
Do not send the payment again simply because confirmation is still pending.
How does Card Pay work?
Select Card Pay and place your order. You will be taken to Stripe’s secure payment page. Stripe may ask you to sign in or create a quick account, then shows a wallet address and asks you to confirm it. That address belongs to your order, so just confirm it and continue to the card step. You do not need a crypto wallet. Then pay by credit or debit card. Apple Pay or Google Pay may also be offered where your device and the payment provider support them.
Once the payment completes, your order confirms automatically. There is no transaction ID to submit. For a full walkthrough, see How to Pay with Card Pay.
Who can use Card Pay?
Card payments work best with US-issued cards. Cards from other countries, and some from US territories, may not be accepted. If your card is declined, please choose another payment method.
First-time payments may require a one-time ID check or face scan. Financial regulations require it, the payment provider carries it out, and PQRS never sees or stores your ID information.
Should I change the automatically entered wallet address?
No. With Card Pay, Stripe shows a wallet address and asks you to confirm it. It is the payment address for your order, filled in automatically so the cryptocurrency purchased for it is sent directly to PQRS. The address is locked, so you cannot change or mistype it, and you do not need a wallet of your own. Just press the button to continue to the card step.
Every order has its own address and payment link. Never reuse an address or link from an earlier order. If any other provider ever lets you edit the address, do not replace it, because changing it can misdirect the payment and prevent PQRS from verifying your order.
What if my Card Pay link expired or I closed the page?
The checkout timer runs for 4 hours, but a payment link can still be paid for up to 7 days. You do not need to place a new order. Sign in, go to My Account, then Orders, and select Pay next to your order while it still shows Pending payment. You can also contact us and we will help.
How does Digital Wallet Pay work?
Select Digital Wallet Pay, choose Venmo, PayPal, Cash App, Zelle, or Krak, and place your order. The payment page will show the exact order total, the wallet’s QR code, and payment information for PQRS.
Send the exact amount shown, then select “I’ve Sent Payment.” Uploading a payment screenshot is preferred but optional. Do not include a payment note. If the provider requires one, enter “Tickets” (or the ticket emoji) only.
Does uploading a payment screenshot automatically confirm payment?
No. The screenshot is supporting documentation only.
The order remains On Hold until PQRS locates and verifies the corresponding payment in the receiving account.
Are there extra requirements for Krak?
Krak may require identity verification. Newly funded balances may also be subject to withdrawal holds, so confirm that your balance is available to send before selecting Krak for an immediate payment.
Why do payment options, fees, and verification requirements vary?
Card Pay is carried out by independent third-party providers, who determine their supported payment methods, minimums, transaction limits, exchange rates, verification procedures, approval rules, and fees. Venmo, PayPal, Cash App, Zelle, and Krak have their own rules as well.
Availability may vary by device, location, bank, card issuer, account eligibility, and transaction amount.
What if a card or other payment option is declined?
Return to PQRS checkout and select another available payment method.
A decline from one method does not necessarily mean another available option will also be declined.

Review the latest tracking information first. Carrier scans and delivery estimates can sometimes update after a package has already moved.
